My favorite purchase we’ve made this year: Definitely our instant hot water heater (Amazon). Being able to take a shower when I want, for as long as I want, has been such a ridiculously nice thing to have! We do also have an amazing wood splitter (Amazon), and that would be #1 except it was a gift from my Father-in-law, so we didn’t buy it!
We’ve made a lot of mistakes and learned quite a few lessons in our second year out here. I hope you’ll keep up with our adventure in the coming years.
