Seems like everything is always a work in progress out here, so I thought I make some updates! Here are some things we’ve been working on, and projects we’ve finished around the new homestead:
Fixing the Driveway
I’ve written a whole post about how we fixed the driveway so we could drive up off the beach using recycled tires. It took way longer than expected because the old driveway had been filled with garbage, but it works great now!
Clearing Dead Trees
We’ve cleared a bunch of brush and dead trees. Now we can actually see the ocean from the cabin! As a bonus, it really cut down on the mosquito population too!
