Wildflower Jelly

A simple jelly recipe for use with any edible wild flowers
Cook Time 5 minutes
Water Bath 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • cups flower tea or juice (strained)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 pkg pectin

Instructions
 

  • Bring flower juice, lemon juice and pectin to a boil.
  • Add 3 cups of sugar and bring to hard boil for 1 minute.
  • Pour hot jelly into warm jars and water bath for 10 minutes.
