Wildflower Jelly
A simple jelly recipe for use with any edible wild flowers
Cook Time 5 minutes mins
Water Bath 10 minutes mins
- 2½ cups flower tea or juice (strained)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 pkg pectin
Bring flower juice, lemon juice and pectin to a boil.
Add 3 cups of sugar and bring to hard boil for 1 minute.
Pour hot jelly into warm jars and water bath for 10 minutes.
