Wildflower Jelly

A simple jelly recipe for use with any edible wild flowers

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2½ cups flower tea or juice (strained)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 pkg pectin

Method
 

  1. Bring flower juice, lemon juice and pectin to a boil.
  2. Add 3 cups of sugar and bring to hard boil for 1 minute.
  3. Pour hot jelly into warm jars and water bath for 10 minutes.
